Business Administration

Business Administration is responsible for executing Mount Moriah’s business affairs consistent with the church’s strategic plans and organizational development objectives. This division coordinates and   directs the human resource activities of Mount Moriah’s service departments and internal operations. The Business Administration Division oversees the following departments: Business and Finance, Human Resources and Quality Control, Information Technology, Events, and Facilities Management.

Division Strategy

Ensure daily church administrative  actions are aligned with MMBC core Christian beliefs, mission, vision, and  values.

Expand the use of multimedia technology to improve communications to our members, the community and the world.

Create effective and sustainable church policies and procedures for the development and protection of the  church.

Improve and properly utilize the church’s finances, human resources, and physical assets.
Effectively manage all church resources to assist in evangelism, discipleship, worship, fellowship, and ministry.
